We provide training to TAs, trainee teachers and existing teaching staff both onsite at Bowles and offsite at the school itself.
We deliver everything from experiential icebreaker days for newly formed staff groups, to bespoke packages of student activities that can be taken away and delivered by the teachers themselves within their school.

“The INSET day from Bowles was well organised by Ewan to match the needs of our school and our staff. As requested, Ewan, Phil & Jonathan were able to extend our existing orienteering and teambuilding units in Key Stage 2 and allowed Key Stage 1 and EYFS to begin to introduce orienteering and team building to their PE lessons. All of the activities the Bowles team shared with us required little equipment but would enhance the children’s knowledge and understanding greatly. Not only was the INSET day excellent CPD for school staff, but it also doubled as great team building and well-being for the staff too!
