The course facilitator was excellent. He understood our goals and our business. We have found that we have converted the skills we learnt back into the workplace. There is absolutely no doubt that I would actively suggest BOC as a venue for programmes for clients in the SE who did not wish to travel to Herefordshire or Devon or even overseas! Pinnacle has a very well established relationship with the Bowles Rocks Trust. I enjoy taking groups of Managers and their teams along to their lovely facility on a regular basis; often these groups are very diverse and have not necessarily worked together before, but the integration process we go through is extremely effective. The L&D team are totally client focussed, and the food is great too! Highly recommended!
