Active days outdoors are the perfect way to say congratulations, thank you and to wish a fond farewell to a class or year group, particularly towards the end of the summer term.

The course facilitator was excellent. He understood our goals and our business. We have found that we have converted the skills we learnt back into the workplace. The course has been a springboard to other targets and broken down lots of barriers – I spoke to my colleagues more during our time at Bowles than I have over the last six months. We can’t wait to revisit!
The site at Bowles provides an ideal location for our apprentices to investigate inter-personal skills they might not before have considered. We are looked after well with comfortable accommodation, great food and a knowledgeable tutor staff
The great thing about Bowles is that it offers an outstanding opportunity to explore learning in an exciting, yet comfortable, environment. The facilitation is excellent and the food is fabulous! Through working with Bowles we are able to provide the opportunity for leaders in our business to explore the impact they have on others and practise the learning in a challenging and safe environment. From that very first visit, I thought ‘That’s it, I’m always coming to Bowles’ and since then I’ve used it for our Graduates, London and Regional teams, from senior management through to entry level graduates.
